In 2016, our team successfully collaborated with the Dubai Tourism Board and XDubai to launch the first-ever large-scale Yoga events in the GCC region, setting a new benchmark for wellness events in the area. This groundbreaking initiative involved a comprehensive range of activities and responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for participants and stakeholders alike.
Scope of Work
Yoga Program Curation: Developed and curated a series of Yoga programs that appealed to diverse audiences, integrating both international Yoga practices and local traditions to create a unique and engaging experience.
Talent Consultation and Recruitment: Advised on the selection of leading international Yoga instructors and identified prominent local talent to enhance the event’s offerings. Managed the recruitment and coordination of these experts to ensure high-quality sessions.
Event Planning and Execution: Oversaw all aspects of event planning, from scheduling and logistics to on-site management. Ensured the flawless execution of each event by handling real-time issues and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Content Development: Created supportive texts, presentations, and promotional materials to effectively communicate event details and engage the target audience. Developed compelling content that supported the event’s objectives and enhanced participant experience.
Stakeholder Management: Acted as the primary point of contact for all involved parties, including clients, partners, and vendors. Facilitated clear and effective communication to maintain alignment and address any concerns.
Live Event Oversight: Supervised the live events, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of professionalism. Managed on-the-ground activities to deliver a memorable experience for attendees and talent.
